Training & onboarding
Nobody is dropped in at the deep end
Training is structured week by week: orientation, tool training, practice batches and a supervised first live week — before anyone measures your output.
The programme
Five stages from day one to live work
Each stage has an exit condition, so you always know where you are in the process.
Orientation
Who is who, how communication works, where the procedures live, and the safety rules that are not negotiable.
Tools & systems
Hands-on walkthrough of the tools your batches use, on the device you will actually work on.
Practice batches
Real-format records in a training space where mistakes are teaching material, not incidents.
Quality standard
You review sample work against the checklist yourself, so you know what 'done' means before you are measured on it.
Live work, supervised
Your first real batches with closer review, written feedback and a faster reply loop.
Ready to start training?
It takes about ten minutes to apply.
Curriculum
What you will actually learn
Practical skills for this role — not generic motivational remote-work content.
The procedures
Written steps for each batch type — and how to tell when something falls outside them.
Information handling
Approved tools, approved device, approved storage. Plus what to do when a request looks off.
Accuracy methods
Self-check routines that catch the errors most common on this kind of record.
Reporting
How to write the weekly report so your supervisor can act on it in one read.
Planning your week
Balancing batches, check-ins and your agreed hours without under- or over-working.
Asking for help
Escalation paths, what to pause immediately, and how questions get answered in writing.
Gate
Before you touch live records
A short checklist that has to be true — confirmed by your supervisor, not assumed.
- You have completed orientation and the tools walkthrough.
- You have run at least one practice batch end to end.
- You have reviewed sample work against the quality checklist.
- Your supervisor has confirmed you are ready for live records in writing.
- You know exactly who to message when something is unclear.
Training is paid and scheduled
Training time is part of the arrangement you agree in writing — it is not an unpaid test period and not a self-paced course you are left alone with.
[CONFIRM: training duration per contract type and whether equipment ships before or after orientation.]
If training is not working for you
Ask for a re-run of any module. Repeating a practice batch is normal; being expected to guess is not.
Trained properly, from the start
Applications take about ten minutes. Training begins after a written offer — never before.
