The role · work arrangements
Hours you can plan around
Remote does not have to mean unpredictable. Coverage windows, reporting cadence and supervision are set out in writing before your first batch.
Day to day
The arrangement, in six parts
Everything below is intended to be confirmed in your offer, not discovered in week three.
Agreed weekly hours
Full-time and part-time options, with your weekly hour count written into the arrangement before you start.
A fixed coverage window
Your hours sit inside an agreed window so your supervisor is reachable while you work.
Your own time zone
You apply from your location; we match coverage windows across time zones rather than pretending they are the same.
Weekly written reporting
One report per week: completed, flagged, blocked. It takes minutes and replaces status-meeting guesswork.
A named supervisor
One person responsible for your workload, quality feedback and questions — not a shared inbox.
Work from home
No office attendance. What you need is shipped to you, and setup steps are written down.
What we expect
Simple rules, applied evenly
Independence works both ways: you decide how to meet the standard, and you are expected to keep the small promises.
- Start and finish inside your agreed window, unless a change is agreed in advance.
- Keep the workspace quiet enough for a scheduled call.
- Use only the approved device, accounts and tools for live work.
- File the weekly report even if the week was quiet — silence reads as a problem.
- Tell your supervisor early if your hours or availability will change.
Time off and changes
- Planned time off is requested in writing and confirmed in writing.
- Sick days are reported as soon as you know, not reconstructed afterwards.
- Working patterns that were agreed in writing do not change without the same written confirmation.
- Public holidays in your country are handled per the arrangement you sign.
Coverage windows and pay wording
Exact hour bands, break rules and pay wording differ by country and by contract, so they are confirmed in your offer rather than published as one global number.
[CONFIRM: publish the coverage window list and pay wording per market once signed off — do not fill these in with estimates.]
A schedule that respects your week
Apply in four short steps, or read the equipment policy first if you want to know what arrives at your door.
